    Jason's primary focuses at the Advanced Traffic Analysis Center (ATAC) are traffic operations and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). He has over seven years of experience working with various traffic analysis tools and simulation programs which are used to support traffic operations activities at ATAC. Jason also provides assistance to state and local agencies on the implementation of ITS technologies, the use of traffic operations models, and improving traffic data collection to support effective modeling.     Diomo's primary focus at the Advanced Traffic Analysis Center (ATAC) relates to metropolitan transportation planning and demand modeling. He has several years experience in developing regional travel demand models and researching methods to enhance modeling systems. Diomo provides the NDDOT and ND MPOs (Fargo-Moorhead, Grand Forks-East Grand Forks, and Bismarck-Mandan) with travel demand modeling assistance. UGPTI Bio - Diomo Motuba

    Mohammad's primary focus at the Advanced Traffic Analysis Center (ATAC) is on the areas of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Systems Engineering. He has experience in developing ITS Architectures for the state of North Dakota as well as the metropolitan areas of Fargo-Moorhead, Grand Forks/East Grand Forks, and Bismarck-Mandan. Mohammad oversees software and web development projects at ATAC, capturing and formulating user requirements and generating designs.   • Mary Marquart, Administrative Assistant

    Mary has been an administrative assistant for ATAC since 1999. She coordinates contract administration, oversees the center's finances, directs the day-to-day operations, and supervises the center's internal support activities. Mary attended Bismarck State College and has held administrative secretarial positions at colleges in Bismarck, Moorhead and Fargo. Mary is the voice most likely to greet you when you call ATAC.

Research Assistants

    Graduate Research Assistant, Civil Engineering

    Andrew is pursuing a M.S. degree in civil engineering and has been with ATAC since March 2007. He assists in traffic data collection and analysis, simulation analysis, and transportation planning projects.
