ATAC assisted the Bismarck-Mandan MPO in completing a Metropolitan Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Plan. The plan resulted in several ITS applications that address the unique mobility and transportation safety needs of the Bismarck-Mandan area. Key ITS application areas include traffic operations, transit operations, maintenance and construction, traveler information, and security.
