ATAC teamed up with Communications Consultants, Inc. to develop communication design alternatives for the I-29 and I-94 corridors. The study identified cost-effective communication designs using fiber optics by recommending locations for fiber installations, identifying fiber size and capacity needs, and estimating costs of various alternatives.
