ATAC worked with the North Dakota Department of Transportation to develop specifications for video equipment to support surveillance and video-based traffic detection in the Fargo area. Two video cameras were specified for the I-29 and I-94 interchange to provide surveillance and traffic data collection capabilities. The specifications also included video detection systems for two intersections in the West Acres Shopping Center's area.
