ATAC worked with the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments on updating the regional travel demand model. The work included updating the transportation network; updating the socio-economic data for the traffic analysis zones (TAZ); and calibrating the model to the 2005 traffic data. Once the 2005 model was calibrated, 2015 and 2035 models were developed.
