Partners

ATAC's program is supported through a strong partnership with the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT). This partnership is exemplified through several initiatives through which ATAC supports NDDOT activities in ITS planning, integration, deployment, and evaluation. The NDDOT provides program support and coordinates ATAC's activities with the Federal Highway Administration which administers ITS funding.

Additional partners include metropolitan planning organizations and city traffic engineering departments in Bismarck-Mandan, Fargo-Moorhead, and Grand Forks-East Grand Forks. ATAC has also conducted projects with Minnesota DOT and South Dakota DOT.
